I love the sea,

I love driftwood,

I love being a womble,

I love to laugh.

These four loves combined with rope, rusty nails, wire, saved tip items, bottle tops and my seaside salvage daily collections have led to my bespoke tidal and driftwood art pieces. I have no formal training in art and my whole career was in IT but the ‘treasures’ I collect “tell me” what they want to be.

Our story

My Cabin at is at Hardway, Gosport situated alongside Hardway Sailing Club . It overlooks Portsmouth Harbour with views to Portchester Castle and Portsdown Hill. It is an amazing place for birds, sunrise, sunsets and rainbows.

From this oasis I provide salvaged art, humour and ethics to customers looking for joy to meet their gifting, home and garden decoration needs. I try and bring humour, beauty and joy to my creations. Salvaged pieces are not cut or coloured but left as found as each piece has its own story to tell.

My name is Kim and I collect, design and create the pieces. My awesome husband Martin is the brains and knowledge behind fixing my creations together. He is patiently teaching me this ability so he can be called on less. This is where the K+M part of our name is derived.

My art is my joy and passion. Sharing that with you is something very special. I hope you can see the value and the beauty in the pieces that I create and that we can embark on a tale from the tides together.
